A concrete-look coffee table with the same restraint, now topped with glass. The glazed PLINTH Low keeps every bit of the base’s material character — raw surface, exact proportions, grounded presence — while adding a smooth, wipeable top for daily life. The glass floats just above the sculptural base, playing the raw against the refined.

The composite behind it grew out of years of hands-on trials — recycled paper pulp and cardboard, the second life of wood, bound with organic cement, binders, and paint into something that looks like cast stone but acts nothing like it. Far lighter than poured concrete, it flexes a little rather than snapping, and it is sealed for years of indoor use. Donatas calls the result the third life of wood: an ordinary material remade, through process, into something new.

Far from smoothing them away, PLINTH keeps the marks of its making on show. Surface irregularities and natural shifts across the base are part of the design. Imperfection as a way to create beauty.
