The Tronco Drinks Table distills the core language of the Tronco series into a single sculptural pillar: an intimate, standalone object that brings the expressive surface of hydroformed stainless steel into close proximity. Conceived as both a functional side table and a collectible design piece, its form draws from the natural geometry of tree trunks, translating organic verticality into a reflective, engineered material presence. The cylindrical volume is shaped using controlled hydraulic pressure and refined by hand, resulting in a surface marked by folds, creases and softened vertices that speak to the memory of force. Each indentation and ridge becomes an abstracted echo of motion, suspended in metal.

Despite its monolithic appearance, the Tronco Drinks Table is surprisingly lightweight. The stainless-steel shell is closed at the base for stability, while the internal structure remains hollow, allowing the piece to move easily between settings without diminishing its architectural clarity. Whether placed beside a sofa, between armchairs, or used as a sculptural accent in a hallway, it creates a moment of visual intensity: a compact form that captures surrounding light, distorts reflections, and introduces a sense of shifting depth.
