Description

Introducing the ACRILAR series (2021), which beautifully marries the elegance of acrylic sheets, either opaque or transparent, with the sturdy construction of natural aluminum tubular profiles. These sheets, with a minimum thickness of 15 mm, can be either folded or kept flat, and are seamlessly affixed to the aluminum structure through acrylic consoles, providing a sleek finish.

The ACRILAR Chair, a standout piece from this series, showcases a folded acrylic sheet elegantly perched on square tubular aluminum feet. Adding to its versatility, the chair’s color can be customized as per preference.

Designer: Luiz Solano

Usage and Care Recommendations:

While the components of the ACRILAR series are crafted to withstand regular use, it’s crucial to handle them with care. Refrain from applying excessive weight or dragging the items as this might exert undue stress on the structures, potentially damaging them.
Designed to be durable, the acrylic sheets in the ACRILAR series can resist wear and tear over time. However, they might accumulate scratches, which can be easily buffed out with a polish upon request.
While the sheets can withstand a range of temperatures, placing hot objects directly on them is discouraged. Instead, use a protective barrier or coaster.
The brushed aluminum profiles, maintaining a natural finish, are designed to complement the acrylic sheets. It’s essential to understand that some minor scratches may appear during manufacturing, which only adds to the uniqueness of each piece.
For cleaning, simply use a soft cloth combined with water and neutral soap, or consider alcohol for a more thorough cleanse.

The ACRILAR Chair is a piece of acrylic sheet folded on aluminum profile feet.
