    The first piece from the “Stele” series by Molor Tumen-Ulzii is a minimalist dining chair made from white oak. It features a unique hand-carved face design on its top rail, with an inserted ebony wood mole. The designer made this piece with the aim to create the “most simple yet unique” chair.

    The “Stele” series is named after the latin word “Stela” used to name archeological monuments with ancient facial carvings and inscriptions.

Initially, majored in Interior Design at the Mongolian University of Science and Technology, his fascination with siting on obscure objects led him to have a passion for chairs. He simply designs chairs that piques his interests.
