One Silver Legged Stool – Black / White
by Undress House · Seoul, South Korea

One Silver Legged Stools by Undress House visually expresses the contrasting concepts of tradition and modernity, balance and asymmetry. The stools comprise three legs, each crafted with intricate detailing reminiscent of classic ornamental design. Two legs are made of ash wood, conveying a sense of warmth and classical aesthetics, while the remaining leg is made of cool, sturdy aluminum.

This asymmetric structure, with only one aluminum leg, explores the boundary between balance and imbalance through the juxtaposition of traditional forms and modern materials. The stool creates visual tension without compromising its physical stability, reflecting the artist’s intention to challenge conventional norms.

Each stool has two ash wood legs and one aluminum leg, ensuring durability and stability.

The surface is coated with a white/black urethane finish that reveals the wood grain.
