Description

A Canvas for the Everyday
Designed as a minimalist form, the Konsola serves as a quiet, enduring canvas for your everyday altar. It is a grounding presence in any interior, balancing monumental weight with absolute simplicity of form. We created this piece to celebrate the raw, ancient energy of earth, transforming heavy stone into an object of intimate, daily use.

Material Honesty & Circular Craft
This console is crafted entirely from Polish “Strzegom” granite offcuts. Working closely with a local, multigenerational stonemason workshop, we rescue discarded stone slabs and give them a new, lasting purpose. Because we use natural cutoffs and a brushed finish, the stone is never artificially smoothed or perfected. The raw edges, the unique mineral patterns, and the subtle textural variations are not flaws—they are the true, unyielding voice of the material itself.

About małe dobra Visit Showroom →

małe dobra is an art and design studio, as well as a brand of everyday objects crafted locally in small batches. We work in Krotoszyn, in the Wielkopolska region—an area with a proud, though fading, craft legacy and a highly developed mass furniture industry. We believe in fewer, better things: natural materials, a local supply chain, and production rooted in collaboration with craftsmen. We do not design based on trends. We create objects meant to endure, relying on their quality and the emotional attachment they build with the user. As product and industrial designers, we operate at the intersection of art, craft, and low-volume production, maintaining full control over the process and quality.
