The plant-based raw material used in growing the lamp stores more carbon than is emitted during the production process.

Award-winning pendant lamp B Wise is grown from mushroom mycelium-based material. This novel material is possible thanks to nature’s own technology that has developed over millions of years.
The lampshade is made from Two separately grown parts that are put together during the production process. The mycelium recognises its specie companion and grows the material together without any glue or additives needed.

Every piece is unique and comes with a unique surface pattern, carefully arranged by our loyal collaborator, mycelium.

The mushroom material does not contain any chemicals or other synthetic additives which makes it perfectly compostable and safe for indoor climates.
