The Mosaic Table combines a striking geometric tabletop with a light, architectural stainless steel structure.
Built on a plywood core and finished with a substantial 2–3 mm layer of wenge wood veneer, the tabletop features a distinctive geometric pattern, with four sections arranged around a central square. The carefully aligned wood grain creates a subtle interplay of texture, depth, and direction. The surface is carefully finished with multiple layers of oil, enhancing the natural depth and richness of the wenge wood grain. The intricate pattern is the result of meticulous craftsmanship and a time-intensive process, requiring exceptional precision to create a unified surface that highlights the beauty and continuity of the natural wood grain. The subtly angled edges give the tabletop a slimmer, lighter appearance, concealing the substantial construction beneath. Slender stainless steel legs and delicate cross-bracing provide structural strength while maintaining a sense of visual lightness. The contrast between the rich, dark wood and the refined metal framework gives the table its distinctive character. Each stainless steel foot is fitted with a leather pad to gently protect the floor.
