Metal Shelves: Ironclad Storage Solutions

This versatile aluminum piece ingeniously transitions between a bench or small table, taking inspiration from neo-industrial design and embracing a minimalist aesthetic.

This tubular steel shelf forms part of the Series O.F.I.S (Objects From Intersticial Space) by Lucas Muñoz, an ongoing research of industrial material’s potential for narrative.

“Teteia” is Neo Industrial a suspended shelf with curved shapes that fits well in any environment. Its white spots are made by hand, giving each piece a unique character.

The new furniture collection “System P5” by Studio PART combines creative handcraft with industrial-scale technology. 

As a whole, Object 00 is confusing. It doesn’t try to solve anything; actually, it might be problematic instead. It is strange. It does not fall into any category. Sometimes it is a shelving unit for things, curiosities, and maybe some books and magazines.

The new furniture collection “System P5” combines creative handcraft with industrial-scale technology. Using metal work at its finest, a single bolt connects the folded sheet metal.

These SHELVES were originally designed to display ceramics in the communal kitchen of a co-living project, the shelves were designed to bear some weight. 

“Exercise 1” shelf is part of the collection ‘Temporal’, commissioned by the Machado Muñoz Gallery in 2016. Where as the other pieces in this collection aim to go beyond their physicality and are loaded with meaning.
