    Description

    The Free Form is a lamp by Six Dots Design — a new unique piece from the studio. Its organic form is intended to bring the feeling of the natural environment into the home, creating an atmosphere within a room that is tactile and expressive.

    In the studio’s signature raw aluminum, the piece blends seamlessly into any color palette or interior. At each stage of the design there was a commitment to showing the hands of the maker — each grind mark, scratch and scuff reveals a story about the tools and hands that created the piece. Each piece is handmade to order, so slight variation from object to object can be expected.

    The designer, Joseph Ellwood, has been named one of 10 ‘Future Icons’ in design by Wallpaper* magazine, and has collaborated with the luxury brand Rimowa on a contemporary suitcase.

    This lamp has been PAT tested and can be modified to work in any country.
