Description

Haumea is an elliptical asteroid with a crystalline surface. ELOA’s Haumea Amorph is topped with the clear brilliance of crystal, blending softly down into gradients of milky colour that can read as wonderfully cool or soothingly warm depending on how the light catches it. Its shape is quiet, balanced and harmonious, helping it become one with the room while still grounding the space.

The integrity of the blown glass lets it look beautiful anywhere, whether used as a table piece or as a pendant lamp. Haumea Amorph is offered across five mouth-blown sizes, from S (17 x 26 x 18cm) up to XXL (35 x 55 x 37cm); as a handcrafted object, exact measurements can vary slightly. Each is fitted with a dimmable E14 bulb (5W, 2700K, 630lm).

Further customisation of the glass colour, as well as the metal and cable colour, is available, and a cluster canopy can be chosen when ordering 3 to 7 lights.

ELOA - UNIQUE LIGHTS art objects for your homeLight objects float weightless in space. Fragile, iridescent, timeless. Solitary or in constellation, ELOA lamps create individual light concepts that remind us of star constellations. Hence the objects names.ELOA combines the craft of ancient glassblowing with a simple, yet distinct design. To achieve the large size of the glass objects while working without forms requires a high level of refined craftsmanship and skill, which can only be performed by a few master glassblowers in Bohemia. These objects exist as pendant, floor, standing, and wall luminaries as well as bowls and vases.ELOA was founded in 2015 by designer Simone Lüling in Berlin. Studio and showroom are located at Reinbeckhallen in Berlin. Historically characterized as Electric-City by AEG (iconic german company in electrical engineering) and nowadays a well-estab- lished artist’s district, the area stands for the fusion of art and technology.
