Description

“Bodur I” refers to the sense of touch. It is entirely hand-carved in linden wood by artisans who have successfully achieved to reflect their sincere love of wood.

Meticulously hand crafted, “Bodur I” entices a certain desire to interact and feel the detailed surface which it presents. It creates a relation between traditional craft and a minimalistic modern approach. The distinctive handmade texture, made by local artisans, creates an opportunity to experience skin to skin contact with this sculptural object.

The appearance of its carved surface will be differing from one another as it is hand carved randomly.
