The ROSA Coffee Table is a handcrafted solid chestnut coffee table combining a simple circular form with traditional woodworking craftsmanship. Its low, grounded proportions and sculptural structure create a calm architectural presence while allowing the natural character of the wood to remain at the center.
The round tabletop rests on four robust solid chestnut legs connected through double through mortise and tenon joints, reinforced with visible wooden wedges. These exposed structural connections reveal the construction technique and become an integral part of the table’s visual identity, transforming traditional joinery into a distinctive design detail.
The circular tabletop softens the substantial structure beneath it, while the four legs create a balanced and open base. Its low proportions make ROSA naturally suited to living rooms and lounge areas, providing a generous surface while maintaining a strong yet understated presence.
The natural characteristics of the solid chestnut remain visible throughout the piece. Grain variations, knots, tonal differences, and subtle irregularities highlight the individuality of the timber and give every table a unique appearance. The tactile surface and natural markings reinforce the handcrafted character of the design.
ROSA combines traditional woodworking techniques with a restrained contemporary silhouette, making it suitable for residential interiors, hospitality spaces, lounges, and architectural projects.
A distinctive round wooden coffee table where solid chestnut, exposed joinery, and sculptural proportions come together in a timeless piece of handcrafted furniture.
