BINARIO III expands the conceptual language of the BINARIO collection into a vertical form. Inspired by the idea that every human life begins and ends at the same points while the journey between them unfolds differently, it brings together mirror-polished and satin-finished stainless steel with natural wood veneer as a metaphor for parallel yet distinct paths.
Its open structure reveals rather than conceals how the materials work together, allowing contrast to become the defining element of the design. The shelves appear to float within the stainless steel framework, creating a sense of lightness while maintaining structural clarity. Designed as both a functional bookcase and a collectible object, BINARIO III transforms storage into an architectural composition where material, balance, and narrative coexist.

Construction: Handcrafted using precision metal fabrication and veneered wood components.
Finish: Combination of satin and mirror-polished stainless steel with a clear matte finish on the wood veneer.

Saban Furkan is a Turkish Object & Space Designer based between Istanbul and Milan. His practice explores the relationship between furniture, objects, and interior space through a refined dialogue between material, structure, and narrative. Working across collectible design and interior architecture, he creates pieces that go beyond function, using form as a medium to express ideas about human experience, balance, and contrast. His work is defined by honest construction, carefully considered material combinations, and a restrained aesthetic that allows each object to communicate with clarity. In 2026, Furkan presented his debut collectible design collection, BINARIO, during Milan Design Week at Alcova, marking the beginning of his international practice. His work has since been exhibited by galleries and featured in international design publications.
