Auric Storm is a sculptural table lamp designed by Markos Vasilakis for Maison Aetherion’s Arabian Series. Natural onyx rests on a wooden base, bringing together expressive mineral patterns and clean architectural lines.
Clouds of ivory and cream are crossed by honey-gold and amber veins, suggesting a storm captured within the stone. The polished surface and softly rounded edges invite close observation of its natural formations. When lit, the onyx reveals a different depth: pale areas become luminous, while darker veins form a dramatic silhouette within the warm glow, so that light becomes part of the material itself.
It expresses Maison Aetherion’s exploration of minerals and light, an intimate focal point for a bedside table, console or shelf. The natural veining gives each stone an individual, unrepeatable character.
