Onda — ‘wave’ in Portuguese — is inspired by organic modernism and Florida’s natural textures, its clean, minimalist lines shaped by the raku firing process. Metal oxides react with flame and smoke during firing, producing colour shifts, metallic tones and sometimes fine surface cracks from rapid cooling, so no two sconces are alike. Made in-house in Miami by arrived aliens.
This is the Copper colourway, its tones coming from copper carbonate; depending on the firing, the copper may show more or less. Made-to-order pieces are available.
