The hybrid objects collection by Estudio Material explores the literal intersection of nature and the human-made. This series uses leftover boulder ends from paving fabrication processes and displays them on delicate hand-finished aluminum pedestals to showcase the stone in its almost unaltered form. The rough jewel-like objects are unique in shape, color, and texture. They are suitable for indoor and outdoor use and are signed and numbered.

These are unique pieces; each base is made to fit the selected stone dimensions. Heights vary from 14″ to 24″ and can be customized. Pricing varies per dimension. Please reach out for a detailed quote

His work is rooted in a diverse background spanning industrial design, architecture, and landscape architecture. Growing up in a world of contrasts, Damaso lived on a working organic farm run by his mother, where he developed a profound connection to nature's cycles and processes. At the same time, his father's metal gasket fabrication facility exposed him to the precision and ingenuity of industrial production.
