The “Heart Shaped Stool”, carved from solid wood, transforms a universally recognizable form into a handcrafted sculpture. Traditional carving techniques are reinterpreted to create an object that exists between furniture and art. Echoing the upper curves of a heart, the seat softly embraces the body’s silhouette, turning an everyday act into a tactile experience and the stool into a favourite place, wherever it is placed.

Each piece is handmade by Victor Hahner himself in his studio in Halle, Germany.

Studio Victor Hahner creates avant-garde pieces that blend craftsmanship and material exploration in sculptural forms, and balances this artistic expression with functionality, focusing on the relationship between people and the objects, furniture, and art that surround them every day.
