It serves as a perfect example of the balance and stability that can be achieved through simple lines, thoughtful design, and refined cabinetmaking techniques. The chair is made entirely from wood and traditional joinery, without a single screw or metal element.

    Mike Hausmann is a furniture maker and designer based in Barcelona, specializing in the creation of unique, custom-made wooden pieces. Although he initially trained as an engineer in France, at the age of 24 he chose to change his professional path and immerse himself in the world of carpentry and artisanal design. Since then, he has worked in the field of product design and now runs his own workshop in Barcelona, where he creates bespoke furniture for both private clients and businesses, nationally and internationally. His approach to craftsmanship is rooted in a profound respect for trees, preserving their natural imperfections and highlighting the inherent beauty bestowed by nature. In essence, Mike Hausmann blends his technical background with a deep passion for wood and artisanal design, offering unique pieces that reflect his dedication, sensitivity, and creativity in the realm of furniture making.
