Handcrafted from Vegetal Glass®, recycled Mother of Pearl, reclaimed oyster and mussel shells, and repurposed metals sourced from construction and plumbing, each piece strikes a delicate balance between strength and refinement, matter and light. Its sculpted base, reminiscent of a rock shaped by time, anchors the design in an organic, instinctive presence.
The smooth tabletop reveals a subtle brilliance, where crushed mussel shells are scattered across the surface, creating a marbled texture infused with deep, shifting hues. Composed entirely of offcuts from luminaires, vases, and trays, Nix is a manifesto of zero-waste design, where discarded materials are reborn as art.
