The Ramon Credenza is part of the Centinelas collection, an exploration of care as a relational practice: a way of holding, containing, and organizing one’s surroundings. This reflection gives rise to a series of 3 storage pieces.
Ramon combines solid Huanacaxtle wood and Huanacaxtle wood veneer with a body wrapped in natural woven rattan. Its legs are wrapped in natural henequen fibers, derived from agave plants native to Mexico’s Yucatán Peninsula. The handles, as in all pieces of the collection, are crafted in smoked carbon steel and create a striking contrast with the warmth and texture of the wood.
The credenza features four solid carved wood doors arranged across three sections: one central section and two side sections. Inside, drawers and shelves provide thoughtfully organized storage for personal belongings and treasured objects, keeping them protected and close at hand. The carved doors showcase the craftsmanship and attention to detail that define the piece.
