Description

This stool has amazing shoes!
The idea is simple — a little ornamentation goes a long way. The stool is based on a prototype from 2022, created for my project Scenes from a Home. Now, New Shoes has evolved into a refined piece of carpentry with striking red wood stain. The birch wood seat is thick, slightly concave and has softly rounded edges. The “shoes” are made of sand-cast aluminum and rubber.

Only the rubber under the aluminum touch the floor. Produced in Malmö, Sweden.
