A bouquet of flowers, whether given as a gift or carried for special occasions, wilts all too quickly, and with it, the memory of the celebration fades. This collection of crystal flowers by Lucie Claudia Podrabska is a timeless tribute to life’s milestones, infusing spaces with lasting beauty, lightness, and joy.
Grounded by a mirrored stainless steel sheet, they invite the observer to reflect on their own experiences and memories they hold dear. Celebrating the duality between the ethereal and the industrial. Despite their fragility, the flowers seem to bloom confidently from the reflective, metallic surface, symbolizing the resilience and beauty of nature in modern environments. The flowers are also playful and childlike,
inviting the viewer to play. Exploring both the juxtaposition of fragility and strength. The interplay between nature and industrial design. The many facets of impermanence.
