Description

Studio TOOJ present’s Johan Wilén’s latest striking creation — a console table like no other. Utilising innovative 3D printing technology and quartz sand, intertwining organic forms and the rugged allure of its textured surface. The binder, made from furan resin derived from biomass—such as corn husks, rice hulls, and sugar cane—aligns with both our commitment to sustainability. Meticulously finished by skilled artisans, the sand texture remains intact, resulting in a truly extraordinary statement piece that stands out in any space.

About Studio TOOJ Visit Showroom →

We are Studio TOOJ (@tooj_sthlm), a Swedish design studio founded by Johan Wilén-Jong (@joahnwilen) and Ashley Wilén-Jong (@by_t.woon) in Stockholm to challenge the norm of Scandinavian design and the beauty of simplicity. At Studio TOOJ, we are captivated by the allure of restrained beauty. All of our creations have a common denominator: quietly sophisticated, with a loud obsession with nuanced layers of details. Our creative vision embodies duality - embracing the timeless elegance of traditional materials; while relentlessly marching into the era of innovative manufacturing. With a commitment to sustainability and ethical production methods, we are here to bring you collectible designs that are not only beautifully crafted, but also built to last.
