Description

The Black Hilana Wool Chair by Diego Olivero Studio is a stunning exploration of functionality, form, and craftsmanship. Each chair is a testament to the rich heritage of Guatemalan artistry, with hand-spun wool meticulously woven on a traditional pedal loom by skilled artisans in Momostenango, Guatemala.

The chair’s frame is crafted from durable pinewood and upholstered in Guatemala City, blending natural materials with contemporary design. Beyond its elegant aesthetics and comfort, this piece carries a deeper purpose: by choosing the Black Hilana Wool Chair, you directly contribute to sustainable income opportunities for Guatemalan artisans, supporting their craft and preserving their cultural traditions. A perfect blend of beauty, utility, and social impact, this chair is more than furniture—it’s a meaningful statement.

Spot cleaning is recommended to maintain the chair’s quality due to the hand-loomed nature of the wool upholstery. It’s worth noting that this product is not intended for high traffic.
