The Verve Mint is a table lamp by Justyna Poplawska.
With its painterly surface and subtle form, Verve embraces the lyrical ambience of light and colour, inspired by the blooming silhouettes of nature and the palette of Post-Impressionist painters — a piece of decorative art in itself.
Crafted entirely from coloured recycled-glass particles and pigmented bio-based resin, the lamp presents a distinct range of translucency. The dimmable light reveals glowing contours of form, transforming the shade from opaque and dense when off to shimmering and airy when on. The shape balances modern simplicity with the sensual lines of wrapped, leaf-like surfaces, while the cord fixture is elevated into an integral design element.
The lamps are part of an ongoing collection in which each piece is unique due to its handcrafted nature: cast flat and treated almost like a painting with splashes of colour, then carefully wrapped around a mould to reach its final, sturdy yet lightweight form.
Customisation of the electrical fixture and cord length is available on request for made-to-order pieces.
