Description

Haptic is a site from which to explore the distilled poetics of spontaneous composition and to experience the magical energy of materials themselves. Inspired by corrugated sheet metal’s rhythmic and patinated perfection, Haptic is created from a single quarter-sawn oak plank, cut into thirds, surfaced by a CNC, and re-joined to form an uninterrupted waterfall console. Blown glass and oak accessories glide satisfyingly along the kindred surface.
