As the Founder and Creative Director of Josmo, a pioneering furniture design practice in Goa and Mumbai, her vision transcends aesthetics to explore how design shapes our interactions with spaces and each other. Anjali's philosophy of conscious creation underpins her entire body of work, emphasizing sustainability, thoughtful sourcing, and the upskilling of artisans. This approach has garnered Josmo accolades from platforms such as Forbes, Architectural Digest, and Elle Decor, alongside EDIDA Design Awards.“First make it work. Then make it right. Finally, make it beautiful. Over the years, I’ve learned that great design begins with listening — to collaborators, to clients, to the cultures we design within. JOSMO is built on that foundation. Every object we make respects the hand, follows the heart, and elevates the eye. My philosophy has evolved into a belief that design isn’t just an aesthetic exercise — it’s a powerful tool for self-discovery. When done right, it helps us live better, feel more, and see beauty in the everyday." - Anjali
