    YunSeul is a pure Korean word that means the ripples shining in the light. YunSeul does not reveal itself; it moves quietly, repeating in its place. Only when the light touches it, its calm beauty emerges. I, too, move quietly and steadily, and this attitude of faithfully fulfilling one’s role in one place is embodied in the work. This low coffee table offers a sleek edge.
    This work expresses texture through Texture Carving. Carving by hand, cutting the wood one by one, demands more time, focus, and sincerity. In the process, each stroke follows the artist’s hand, creating natural curves and forms, each holding its own value.

    YunSeul and the act of carving resemble each other.
    Through small, repetitive expressions and the silent vibration of YunSeul, it reflects an attitude of quietly accomplishing small tasks, one by one. I hope this work helps us see the beauty in our daily lives, repeated countless times.
