The “Tube/bench” is part of a system of foldable furniture on trestle elements (tripod)
The structure, built with TIG welded round iron tubing, develops like two tripods that can be folded thanks to the central joint (specially designed and made) onto which the wooden top fits.
The simplicity of use of the opening system allows for easy seating, while once closed it can easily be put away in the closet.

Each product is accompanied by a certificate of originality hand-signed by the designer.

Matteo Giustozzi is a designer and craftsman, based in the Marche region, graduated in Industrial Design at the Polytechnic of Milan. His strong interest in research on materials and craftsmanship led him to merge the theoretical and practical approach together. It deals with installations, production techniques and teaching with a transversal approach between craftsmanship, architecture and design. Over the years he has developed research projects, from products to installations, working in collaboration with important institutions and professional entities such as: Triennale di Milano, Oslo Architecture Triennale, Biennale Internationale Design Saint-Étienne, Biennal of Design Ljubljana, Studio Formafantasma, Space Caviar, Studio Folder, Bauer School Milan, University of San Marino, NID Perugia.
