Sumatra V2 is a 21st-century side table made by Italian artisans in aluminium with an extraordinary Green Guatemala marble plane. It is part of the collectible design language Sumatra that has been developed by Edizione Limitata’s art research team in Milan.

The basic Space Age structural form – a simple wheel forged from aluminium – is divided, repeated, and assembled in a poetic manner to make a chair that is aesthetically striking and surprisingly comfortable; the nape supports the back.

Rainy Sundays Console is part of “ALUCUTS” (2021 – 2023) innovative furniture series, showcasing simple yet sturdy bolted assemblies of 12mm squared cuts of aluminum plates. The cuts are organized empirically until the piece reveals itself.

The “Pressure Stool” and “Pressure Bench” are made of an aluminum sheet into which a pattern is pressed. On one hand, the material is hardened. On the other hand, the normally cold and stiff aluminum takes on an unexpectedly soft and pleasant appearance.

Relatively Comfy Armchair is another part of “ALUCUTS” (2021 – 2023) furniture series, showcasing the sleek, simple and sturdy design of aluminium plates.

This low table pairs our signature solid bronze Jupiter castings with 5.08cm cast acrylic. Honouring central-eastern Canada’s manufacturing heritage, the Jupiter legs are cast in sand- the same process used to produce machine parts for heavy industry.

Drink Coasters, “Jupiter” by Andre Mcheileh is an intergalactic statement piece made of solid aluminum. It began as a bespoke project for a client who wanted a sculptural set of coasters that spike visual interest.

Not So Public Bench is part of “ALUCUTS” (2021 – 2023) furniture series and another example of the innovation behind neo industrial aluminum designs.

Októ is a multi-functional Brutalist object by Tinna Gunnarsdottir. It can work as a stool, a side table, a partition, a centrepiece, and more. It is made out of massive aluminium and can therefore withstand extreme weather conditions without any maintenance but it can just as well stay happy inside.

As the name suggests, the Off-Grid Lamps are not connected to the power grid. Instead, a hand operated crank or a foot pedal charge a generator and allow a person to produce their own energy with physical exercise. Instead of passively sitting at a desk consuming electricity for long hours.

The idea behind the “Node” modular Conceptual light fixture system was to create a sculptural lamp that also functions as the base unit of a modular system to make pendants, chandeliers, sconces, and table lamps.

Coy embraces singularity in design, exploring the dialogue and delicate balance between organic and geometric forms. Aluminium is left bare in its natural finish, bringing in a renewed sense of energy in space. Coy uses intricate handmade techniques, becoming a lighting object for the new home.
