Our Wave Form Table Lamp Mini in green is a classic timeless design, developed with digital precision and handcrafted with unique custom glazes. The ceramic body is hand-crafted by artisans in Peru, while the metal details are custom-made in Brooklyn New York. The glaze-work has an incredible depth of color and texture, that will range from green hues, showing hints of blue and tan.

The Mini Lamp features a fully dimmable LED bulb, and custom brass dimmer knob as well as an engraved brass plate at the base with the FRS logo. Available in 2 different colorways.

Light dims from very low warm colors to a brighter light. This lamp is wired for US electricity. Be sure to reach out to develop your project with us where we can work with you to curate the color finish, metal details and electricity based on your needs.

Forma Rosa Studio is a design studio based in Brooklyn, NYC, co-founded by Maria Teresa Castillo and Santiago Brown.
