A square with a green core suspended, where textile becomes stone, an illusion of living marble, by FabBRICK. White and green intertwine in subtle veins, as if sculpted by time and chance. A wall decor piece that challenges the material, balancing between strength and lightness, between the fleeting nature of fabric and the permanence of the rock it evokes. A mineral trompe-l’œil, a fragment of nature shaped by human hands.

Un carré au coeur vert suspendu où le textile se fait pierre, illusion d’un marbre vivant. Le blanc et le vert s’entrelacent en nervures subtiles, comme sculptés par le temps et le hasard. Un tableau qui défie la matière, oscillant entre force et légèreté, entre l’éphémère du tissu et la pérennité de la roche qu’il évoque. Un trompe-l’œil minéral, un fragment de nature façonné par l’humain.

The story of FabBRICK is that of Clarisse Merlet, founder and architect driven by a passion for innovation. By reinventing textile upcycling, she gave birth to FabBRICK—a unique material that transforms fabrics into artistic and elegant bricks. With her background in architecture, Clarisse has skillfully combined creativity, craftsmanship, and a deep respect for materials to design a product that is both aesthetic and innovative. From this inspiring idea, FabBRICK has grown into a creative studio based in Paris’s 19th arrondissement. With a large production workshop and a close-knit team of about ten people, the studio continues to push the boundaries of innovation in art and design. Each project is an invitation to redefine space, where every brick tells a story and every creation becomes a work of art.
