    Drawing inspiration from nature’s graceful curves, the CONCHA pendant light collection embodies a tranquil haven. This contemporary yet poetic collection combines visual delicacy with physical robustness, a testament to the enduring beauty and resilience found in nature.
    The flecked paper is combined with warm brass details and hand-blown opal ellipsoid glass shades, illuminating the fixture. The pearl-like opal shades add a touch of ethereal beauty and softly diffuses the light, with the level of diffusion varying based on the angular direction of the shades and the translucency.
    Available in three distinct angular models and two sizes and five colour-ways, it invites you to embrace a moment of serenity after a period of transformation. The CONCHA collection is handcrafted and assembled in our London-based studio. Sourced from paper pioneers G.F Smith, the collection utilises a combination of sustainably sourced textured and color-plan papers, elevating paper as a hero material and exploring its unique properties and fluidity. The vanilla, ochre, brick red and chestnut brown colour-ways are made out of paper sourced from the Gmund mill and are made using elemental chlorine-free pulp & spent brewer’s grain. The paper displays a gentle flecking of brewer’s grain creating a unique surface with a hint of texture. It is only available in this fixed colour palette. The royal blue colour-way is sourced from G.F Smith’s sustainably produced color-plan range and offers other 55 colours.

    MESEME Studio is a London-based, women-led lighting practice founded by designer-maker Riya Panchal. The studio specialises in sculptural, made-to-order lighting that explores the intersection of material, colour, and form.Working across paper, glass, and metal, MESEME’s collections are developed through an ongoing process of material exploration and collaboration with skilled artisans.
