Gustavo Barroso emigrated from Brazil to the United States with his parents and brother in 1999. In 2019, he graduated from the Massachusetts College of Art and Design with a BFA in Industrial Design. Days before graduation, Gustavo opened his first solo exhibition "Foundation" in New York City.
