Sculptural table created by Mexico-based design studio Ayres.
Hand carved in marble using an artisanal process this piece is part of a collection inspired by the great warrior spirit of Amazon women.
In the great culture of the amazonas, they always believe the connection between gods and humans, that’s why after dead they believed in the afterlife. They reach to live among the gods after dying in battle, that’s why they have the “AMAZONEUM” , their amazonas altar, a place where the great warriors rest after finishing with their period on the earth, being the place that connect them to the gods.
Natural stones like marble and onyx feature unique variations in color, veining, and patterns—these are not imperfections but inherent characteristics of the material. Over time, these stones may also undergo subtle color changes due to exposure to sunlight.

Please note that due to the handmade nature of these pieces and the natural variations in marble, final dimensions may have a margin of error of up to +/- 5%.
