Nordic Dawn Vessel is a sculptural vessel carved from thulite, designed by Markos Vasilakis for Maison Aetherion’s Nordic Collection.
Its open, flowing form evokes a landscape shaped by water and time. An undulating rim frames the interior, allowing the mineral’s pink tones and darker markings to define the work’s visual character. The polished surface reveals subtle variations in colour and texture across the stone.
The title recalls the soft pink light of a northern dawn. Broad curves and an asymmetric outline give the substantial mineral body a sense of movement, balancing its physical weight with a gently unfolding silhouette.
Conceived as a sculptural centrepiece, Nordic Dawn Vessel invites appreciation of the mineral itself: its colour, natural patterns and tactile presence.
