Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the demand for masks and the waste have increased exponentially. While plastic masks protected human lives, they eventually turned into microplastics, posing a threat to marine life. In the shape of a stool, the plastic masks are melted down and cooled to harden again. Thousands of thin masks are combined and upcycled to form a hard and tough durability of plastic material.
