Rei Vessel is a sculptural vessel carved from natural fluorite, designed by Markos Vasilakis for Maison Aetherion’s Japanese Collection.
Green and violet bands unfold across its curved walls, interspersed with pale mineral layers. The open, elongated form reveals these patterns across both the interior and exterior, creating a continuous landscape within the stone.
An undulating rim follows the vessel’s organic silhouette, while polished surfaces reveal the depth and detail of the fluorite. The restrained form allows the mineral’s intricate colours and formations to remain the focus.
Conceived as a contemplative centrepiece, Rei Vessel brings together sculptural form and the expressive character of natural stone. Its mineral banding gives the work an individual, unrepeatable composition.
