Description

The tray is part of Solmistudio’s debut product collection. Its form and name are derived from the OTTO—the Italian word for eight—symbolizing balance and continuity. Defined by its signature waterfall edges, the tray flows seamlessly across both the inner and outer rims, emphasizing the directional grain of the layered birch.

Meticulously crafted in Italy in small batches, each tray is assembled and finished by hand by master artisans. The particular fabrication process creates a truly distinctive pattern, a visual signature of the Solmistudio aesthetic.

An exercise in geometry and materiality, designed to bring infinite balance to the modern interior.
