Description

ORGUS pieces were all manually fabricated in Humberto da Mata’s studio in São Paulo, Brazil.

The collection is an exploration of organic aesthetics, directly connected with the essence of the used materials.

The presented pieces were hand modelled with paper pulp and structured with plywood and metal profiles. Some of them received ceramic elements, a technique that is also explored in the designer’s studio. After being modelled and dried, all of the objects were coated with kaolin mortar, acrylic resin, or automotive varnish.
