Description

This table mirror from the In Between collection is crafted from bent stainless steel, giving it a simple yet striking form. The design stems from an exploration of unconventional material combinations, where delicate laced details contrast with precise, cool steel. Light and shadow bring the object to life, highlighting geometric tensions and subtle details, giving it a sculptural quality.
The inspiration comes from the traditional craft of finishing cushions with rounded piping. In a playful reinterpretation of this detail, the expected soft surfaces are replaced with contrasting steel planes, while the ornate, tactile laced edging remains gently suspended between them. This subtle shift transforms a familiar decorative gesture into a structural and visual focal point.
Part of the In Between collection, the series also includes a side table and a table lamp.
