The FIGURES series takes up the ideas of the ROUND & ROUND series and develops them further. The cylindrical form is broken up and complemented by a variety of round and angular shapes. Complex structures are often created from several assembled parts. Organically soft forms meet angular geometries, creating exciting contrasts. In their vertical alignment, the sculptures are reminiscent of the human body, combining simplicity with an abstract formal language.
