The Carambola line is based on experiments with free glass blowing in an external mold. It is a question of how to produce glass in series but with unique character.
Just like the Carambola – a Brazilian fruit – the piece is divided into parts by the mold. The yellow color, the color of the fruit is also a novelty.
Dialogues and provocations with the glass masters and the presence of the artist in the process characterize each piece. The lightness of glass opposed to the weight of the copper materials, brass and marble all worked by hand. Noble, durable and sustainable materials provide long life to the piece. It is a synthesis of the materials already used in other collections.
