Description

Taco de Luz is a whimsical wall light characterised by an appealing simplicity, a delicious source of smooth ambient lighting through its particular shape. Made entirely by hand from an oval sheet of hammered metal, it gently embraces and partially conceals the light source within — hence its fanciful name.

Lit, the concave interior glows and the negative space between the two ends of the ‘taco’ activates; unlit, the vertical tubular shape and convex wings catch and reflect ambient light, giving the piece a sculptural character even when dark.

Available in two sizes, 30cm and 50cm; the smaller works well in pairs on walls, as bed lighting, or accenting doorways and artwork, while this 50cm model is brighter and wider, suited to larger spaces, hallways and entrances. All Taco de Luz lights feature a dimmable LED tube bulb, in brushed bronze or black patinated brass.

Radium S14s LED bulb (50cm), dimmable, 470lm, 2700K, Ledinestra included.
