At its core, a laser housed in a sleek, surveillance-camera-inspired box projects a sharp beam onto a delicate silver-bird sculpture, playing on themes of observation, control, and fragility.

Around the Studio is an interdisciplinary collective founded by Tika Shelia and Ano Jishkariani, based in Tbilisi, Georgia, in 2021. The Studio explores cultural, social, and political themes through multidisciplinary projects that merge community engagement and collaboration.
