I give my objects organic, animated qualities, hoping that people will grow attached to them the way they would to a pet."Vincent Decat is a Paris-based artist and designer. Graduated from the Design Academy of Eindhoven, he creates collectible design pieces that integrate sculptural thinking into everyday use. His work is characterized by forms that suggest life and movement, pieces that seem to breathe or shift. These animal-like qualities transform functional objects into personal and engaging pieces.
