Part of the Artistica Collection, the Body Series explores the notion of bodily form through a refined arrangement of simple geometric elements. Each piece stands as a freestanding room divider, finished front and back, where circular motifs are thoughtfully positioned to evoke the human figure in a subtle and abstract way.
From the front, the composition recalls the upper torso; from the back, it offers a quiet reference to the lower body. This duality invites a shifting perception as one moves around the piece, revealing the delicate balance between structure and gesture.
Hand-painted in dialogue with the geometry, the surface introduces colour as an additional layer of expression, connecting the body of the object to the presence of the maker. Subtle yet unapologetic, the series balances clarity of form with a gently playful spirit, continuing an ongoing investigation into colour, proportion, and the personality of objects.
This piece is made to order and is therefore non-returnable once production begins, in line with Adorno’s return policy.
Each body is freestanding, with the overall composition connected by a discreet metal pin or magnet. The connection holds the composition in place while allowing for readjustment.
