Description

The ‘IN DISGUISE’ Vase in the Rock model is a poignant representation of memories and their ephemeral nature. Jule Cats, driven by her personal experience of losing her home to demolition, sought to preserve the emotional and aesthetic essence of that loss.

This unique vase, part of the ‘IN DISGUISE’ series, is a testament to the power of art in transforming materials and evoking deep emotions. By blending rubble, concrete, and polyester resin, it bridges the gap between cherished memories and their physical remnants.

Each piece in this limited series of 20 per shape is a striking fusion of contrasting materials, inviting wonder, curiosity, and introspection. The ‘IN DISGUISE’ Vase captures the beauty hidden within the rubble of demolished homes, offering a tangible connection to the past.
