THRONE upholstered stool breathes creative furniture design, formal poetry and exciting composition. Light and shadow constantly reshape the sculptural geometry of the ash-wood body. An artfully tailored, firm fabric upholstery picks up on the basic cubic shape of the stool. Luxurious seating comfort and exquisite material quality convey a feeling of being [KK1] on a throne. Visually independent, the stool architecture harmonises with all interior genres. THRONE has the potential to become a design classic.
THRONE is inspired by the continuous gradations in the ceiling architecture of the Tomba Brion, a masterpiece by the great maverick of Italian architecture, Carlo Scarpa. The stool quotes the exciting architecture with 36 oiled, artfully composed, masterfully constructed ash-canthwoods. Topped by the hand-sewn seat cushion in durable, long-lasting melange fabric. The THRONE series includes upholstered stools and side table.
